Returns Policy
Books must be received in mint saleable condition, free of markings or sticker damage. No books are returnable before three(3) months or after twelve (12) months from the date of invoice. Old editions must be returned within one(1) year of publication of a new edition. All returns must be pre-paid and be accompanied by documentation showing original invoice number, quantity returned, number of cartons, and name and address of sender. Claims for short shipments, shipping and billing errors must be made within thirty (3) days of invoice date.
