New Account Process
To place an order with Oxford University Press, an account will need to be created.
When opening an account with OUP, Customer Service requires the following information; sent via email to customer.service.ca@oup.com
- Full name, address, telephone/fax number, email address to send order confirmations/invoices
Credit applications also need to be submitted. OUP’s credit application can be found at

Until a credit application has been approved, customers will be required to pay by credit card. Customer Service will be in contact for this information after the account has been set up.
