Instructor's Resources

Thomas S. Kane, former professor in the Department of English at the University of Connecticut, Waterbury, wrote the original Oxford Guide to Writing, which was then adapted for Canadians by Karen C. Ogden, who is Vice-Provost (Staff Development), Office of the President, The University of Manitoba. Heather Pyrcz, who teaches writing and composition at Acadia University, has taken-over responsibility for Canadian content and updating for the second edition. In addition to teaching, Pyrcz is also the author of several books and collections of poetry.
