Beverley Payne is currently the Lead Instructor for Workplace English as a Second Language at the Thames Valley District School Board in London, Ontario. Beverley has been an adult ESL instructor for 15 years and a Human Relations consultant and social worker for more than 30 years. She has created in-house workbooks on Communication Skills, Time Management, Customer Service, Team Building and Cultural Awareness for the University of Western Ontario, London Life and Great West Life Insurance Companies, and Canada Trust. Terry Webb is presently a Lead Instructor for ESL programs at the Thames Valley District School Board in London, Ontario, where she has been an adult ESL instructor for 20 years. She has also been an instructor of anthropology at the University of Western Ontario for over 25 years. She is a writer and tester for IELTS. In addition, she has worked on many contracts for the Centre for Canadian Language Benchmarks. Beverley and Terry taught together in Beijing, China, as part of the Ontario Additional Qualifications Course certification process towards their ESL specialist qualification.
